Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream or Nice Cream as we call it, is one of our favorite variations of molecular gastronomy –  the merging of scientific tools and the culinary arts. Using liquid nitrogen to prepare ice cream results in a lighter, creamier dessert than you have ever tried! Plus, watching the preparation is a unique spectacle to behold!

Our mad scientists at Yelibelly Chocolates can bump up the excitement of dessert at your event with our liquid nitrogen ice cream display. Making ice cream amidst clouds of smoke and a big container of liquid nitrogen is great for an interactive dessert bar at weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, corporate events or even private events at home!

Choose from a variety of ice cream flavors including mint, french vanilla, chocolate or even liqueur infused options like Chambord, Amaretto and Espresso infused Rum. We also offer a variety of toppings for guests to make their own mini sundae.

The ice cream base is made fresh in our store prior to each event.....clean label ingredients and pure as it comes. Our ice cream is made with fresh milk, cream and pure cane sugar with a little vanilla. Our french ice cream base is a custard that is so creamy and delicious you may forget about the other food in the room!

Add on our Dragon's Breath treat to your dessert bar and your guests will be hooked. Guests bite into a super frozen graham cracker and breath out like a dragon!

Being wise about wedding favors

The giving of wedding favors dates back to the 1500s when bits of lace and material were tied together in "love knots" and given to guests as a thank you....hey, back then it was a lot! It was meant to be a token of thanks and remembrance of the day shared. While wedding favors today vary widely in their form, they are still meant to be a "thank you" from the newly married couple to their guests. Consider that closely when choosing what to give as a gift, this will be the last bit of the wedding festivities that your guests will remember! How were they thanked for their participation in your wedding - A bag of 5 Jordan almonds? A small jar of sand and seashells? 50,000 airline miles?

Edible favors are by far one of the most memorable and enjoyed favors that a guest can receive. And we aren't just saying that as a chocolate company!

1st Place at the Grapevine Chocolate Festival!

This was the 3rd year Yelibelly Chocolates has participated in the Grapevine Chocolate Festival....and it's the 3rd time we have taken home TOP honors! Our trophies included 1st place for the best sample from the judges AND People's Choice for the best chocolate! IMG_9205 This year, our award-winning chocolate was a new flavor - Vino Diablo. This diabolical chocolate bonbon is a mix of a smooth Merlot heated with Habanero pepper!

The Grapevine Chocolate Festival is in it's 12th year (which means we've won 25% of them!). It is a fundraising competition and sampling event for Traveler's Aid at the DFW airport. Travelers Aid is a non-profit agency with offices at DFW International Airport that provides emergency travel assistance and local travel assistance programs.
