We consider our customers and suppliers part of our extended family, which is why we are committed to providing you with all the resources you need for success.

Placing Orders:
Please place all orders online or through your wholesale manager.
Wholesale orders should not be emailed to the main office.
Orders placed online will be paid for when ordered. If you require other terms, please contact your wholesale manager.
Shipping/ Delivery:
Pick up at our Addison location is available for all wholesale orders. We are open Monday-Friday 9am - 4pm
Shipping out of the Dallas area can be paid for during your check out. Wholesale orders have a discounted shipping rate based on case size.
Orders can be shipped using your company’s FedEx of UPS number if you prefer. Please choose “local pick up” during check out and contact your wholesale manager to provide the account to bill
Free local delivery is available for all orders over $250. Please select “free wholesale delivery” at check out.
For orders under $250, Yelibelly will deliver in the DFW area at a discounted rate. Please select local delivery.
Order Timelines:
All chocolates are made to order to ensure the longest shelf for you and the best quality for your customer.
Orders placed will be filled - shipped or delivered within two weeks of the order date
If you need your order faster or for a specific date, please select the "RUSH" option when ordering.
Display and Storage:
All of our chocolate products are best held at room temperature and do not require refrigeration.
When on display, chocolates should be kept away from windows, direct sunlight and heat to prevent melting or bloom (grey spotting on the chocolate.)
All products have a "use by" date to ensure freshness and quality for your customers. Please rotate products to guarantee they sell by that date.
Returns
We hope that you are always satisfied with your order but if there is any defect or mistake with the products, please contact us within 5 days of receipt.
Returns received without formal communication with Yelibelly will not be accepted and refunds will not be provided.
