Using liquid nitrogen to prepare ice cream results in a lighter, creamier dessert than you have ever tried. Plus, watching the preparation is a unique spectacle to behold!
This is an ON SITE ice cream service that we bring to your event. Our mad scientists at Yelibelly Chocolates can bump up the excitement of dessert at your event with our liquid nitrogen display.

Classic Bar: Two flavors of ice cream, variety of toppings and approximately 2 hours of service. Flavors can include chilly favorites like mint or even boozy options like espresso-infused rum and amaretto. Multiple servings for guests during the service period. Starting at $10/person
Ice Cream Float Bar: Choose one flavor ice cream, three flavors of soda and we will treat your guests to a liquid nitrogen ice cream float bar! A unique way to serve an old fashioned treat. Starting at $10/person
All bar prices include: Set up, service with trained staff on site, all disposables including spoons, cups and napkins and unlimited servings for your guests during our 2 hour service time.
Unicorn Ice Cream Service: Start with the basics of the Classic bar with some spectacular additions: Unicorn Face Cups, Chocolate and Candy Unicorn Horn in each cup, Festive Whipped Cream Topping, Unicorn specialty toppings - bright sprinkles, Unicorn chocolate bark and more. Starting at $13/ person

Add on additional ice cream flavors options - starting at $125 each, based on guest count
Add on additional hours of service (beyond our standard 2 hours) - $125 per hour
Service Notes: Service requires access to an electric outlet and a 6ft or 8ft table.
All liquid nitrogen ice cream service MUST take place INDOORS unless otherwise discussed with Yelibelly. Ice Cream will not set frozen in hot outdoor temps. Requests for Outdoor service may require an additional fee to cover added liquid nitrogen needed to freeze the ice cream in warmer temperatures.
All liquid nitrogen ice cream events have a minimum of $500 for service.
For 1-50 guests, the base cost is $500.
