We are all about getting into the weeds about our favorite drams. Do you have the palate to find the layering of flavors in your favorite whiskey? If not, this is the class to learn.

Learn how to taste blind and how to recognize flavors better in your dram. For new or seasoned sippers, we will work through building a better palate. Can you find your favorite dram if it was served blind? Does the most popular bourbon stand up to the rest when served without a label? We will see! Held at Yelibelly Chocolates in Addison

Our goal is to bring knowledge and great sips to the table because ultimately, being knowledgeable helps you connect with others that share the same interests.

This class is NOT a traditional chocolate and whiskey pairing that you might have had with us. Yes, there will be chocolate to enjoy but the class will focus on whiskey tasting, the science of it all and sharing knowledge from Yeli’s background in flavors as a food scientist.

We will also be hosting a blind sample share. Bring a 1oz unlabeled bottle of your favorite dram to share and take one home with you!
